HC-Delta has got one row of anchor bolts on both sides and HC-Delta+ has got two rows of anchor bolts on both sides. Straight joint can be use in place with lower trafficor without traffic.

| SHOCK AND VIBRATION FREE TRANSFER |
The sinusoidal joint model guarantees shock- and vibration free transition between two floor parts up to a maximum opening of 20mm. Even with forklift trucks with extremely small wheels and regardless the direction, the passing on a sinus joint is experienced as no joint in the floor.
The permanent contact between wheel and concrete floor creates smoothly and noiseless load transfers which is experienced by the users as no joint in the floor. They can still see the sinus slide joint but they don’t feel it anymore.

STRAIGHT AND SINUSOIDAL JOINT COMPARISON
|
If we made one passage in half using sinusoidal joint and in half using straigth joint - that one wheel of truck pass sinusoidal joint and second pass straight joint - we will observed damages on straight joint and concrete nex to this joint and any damages of sinusoidal joint.
Damages will occure at straigt joint and concrete next to the joint because the weels of passing truck hits on the arris of open joint. Damages will be bigger and bigger.
With the Sinusoidal joint the wheels of the forklift slide from one floor slab to another without any shock impact. With traditional straight joints the wheels fall with the shock into the opening of the joint and are damaged by every passage, eventually they break down requiring replacement at great expense.

| Damage to the floor and joint is almost impossible as the cause of the damage (shocks caused by the wheels of the forklift when passing a joint) is eliminated. Material handling equipment is also no longer liable to shocks and vibrations. Accordingly there is less wear and expensive repairs are avoided. The life of the equipment is considerably prolonged. |

The peak vibration levels when passing the straight joint were very high and no increase in vibration levels are detectable when passing sinusoidal joint.
