To repair and armour spalled joint arrises on concrete slabs

To repair and armour spalled joint arrises on installed concrete slabs with either a resin or cementitious mortar of sufficient hardness to resist breakdown from the traffic passing over the joint.
The 10mm wide steel strips provide heavy duty joint edge (arris) armoured protection which significantly reduces the joint maintenance requirement compared to other joint types.

	Spalled concrete arris
	Sawcut out a 50 x 50mm section of the concrete either side of the joint and insert a strip of Compressible Polyethylene Joint Filler in the existing joint opening
	When the Permaflex C has set, remove the retaining bolts and temporary straps
